OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Timbersmiths Ltd (T/A Fox & Folly). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Timbersmiths Ltd T/A Fox & Folly. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and Services to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

  • Ownership: Products remain the property of Timbersmiths Ltd T/A Fox & Folly until payment in full has been received.

  • Currency: All prices are quoted and processed in UK Sterling (GBP).

  • Order Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

2. DELIVERY & SHIPPING

  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship exclusively to Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales). Due to current regulatory requirements, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or internationally.

  • Charges: A delivery charge, where applicable, will be added to all orders at the point of checkout.

  • Estimates: All delivery times are estimates. We do not accept responsibility for delays in transit due to third-party couriers or situations beyond our control.

  • Loss in Transit: If a parcel is deemed lost by the courier, we will offer you the option of a replacement or a full refund.

3. PRODUCTS & BESPOKE EXEMPTIONS

  • Natural Variations: Wood is a natural product with colour and grain variations. Knots and small movement cracks are characteristic features and are not considered flaws.

  • Bespoke Exemption: Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the right to cancel does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or which are clearly personalised.

  • Faulty Items: Personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.

4. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • Reporting Damage: Please inspect your order immediately on receipt. Shortfalls or damage must be reported to hello@foxandfolly.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Standard Returns (Non-Personalised): We offer a 30-day return window for non-personalised items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. The cost of return postage for non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Bespoke/Personalised Items: These items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable unless a fault is confirmed.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (specifically the laws of England & Wales as they relate to our business operations).
