Shipping Policy

At Fox & Folly, every item is handcrafted and made to order in our Devon workshop. Please note that lead times are separate from shipping transit times.

1. Lead Time

All of our products are bespoke and made to order.

Lead Time: 7 - 10 working days to dispatch.

If your order is likely to take longer than 10 working days to dispatch, we will let you know as soon as possible. If you need an item sooner, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help.

2. Shipping Areas & Rates

We currently ship to Great Britain (England, Scotland, and Wales) & USA only . We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands.

Standard Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £2.75.

Standard United States Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked £16.00

Express Upgrade: Available at checkout for Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over £75.

3. Important Shipping Information

Dispatch Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders are processed during normal working hours. Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be treated as received on the next working day.

Shipping Time: Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims for delivery in 2 - 4 working days after dispatch.

Transparency: Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout. These rates are a contribution towards postage and packaging costs.

PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Box addresses where a signature or GPS delivery confirmation may be required.

Delays: Fox & Folly is not responsible for delays in transit caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

4. United States orders

We ship US orders from the UK. Following recent changes to US import rules, some goods entering the United States may be subject to import duties, tariffs, customs charges or local taxes.

We have adjusted our US pricing to help reflect the current additional tariff cost of sending goods to the United States. However, customs rules, local taxes and carrier charges can vary and may change without notice. Unless duties, taxes or charges are specifically shown as collected at checkout, any import duties, tariffs, customs charges, local taxes or delivery-partner fees charged by US authorities or carriers remain the responsibility of the customer.
